Alresford Badminton Club GDPR Compliance Policy proposal

Database to comprise only the names, phone numbers and email addresses of paid up members and associates (pay as you play).
Database to be maintained by Hon Sec.
Access to database limited to duly appointed Hon Sec and club Chair only.
Data to be used for transmitting notifications about Club activities, fees, matches and other matters of interest to members.
Data will not be shared with any other (third) parties except Badminton England, if requested.
All members and associates are to resubmit details with signed approval/refusal for the uses outlined.
Details for former members to be deleted.
Former committee members, including Hon Secretaries, to be asked to delete/destroy details held in files and electronically.
